Meditation II Align Your Energy with Abundance
How to meditate effectively for beginners
Hello and welcome to this meditation to align your energy with abundance. Make sure you are in a comfortable position and will not be disturbed for the duration of this session. Begin to take in a deep breath, and as you exhale, feel relaxation sweep naturally over you.
Breathe in again, say to yourself, “I am abundant,” and exhale, feeling completely relaxed.
Take one more full deep breath and say, “abundance flows to me and through me.” And exhale, feeling completely relaxed.
Now, begin to notice your body and how it is full of the energy of the universe. The vital life force is coursing through your entire self right now, and maybe you didn’t notice it before now.
So just become fully aware of the beautiful energy within you to create abundance in whatever way you desire. You deserve an abundant life. So much so that your abundance overflows to those around you, affecting their lives for the better.
Again, As you breathe deeply, hear these wonderful affirmations about your natural bounty of endless energy that is here to make your life the best it can be as well as extend to those around you.
You can say it: “I am enough, and I have enough. Abundance flows to me. I believe in an abundant universe where there is always enough for everyone, including myself.

You are a blessed person. I have everything I need to be who I want to be. Every time I think a lot, I emit the frequency of abundance, drawing in more than I could ever want or need. Abundance flows through me.
I am a prosperity magnet. I praise what I love and enjoy in my life. I am grateful for being so abundant.
Be grateful! I envision myself receiving all that I need to create the life I want. My abundance overflows to everyone around me. My mass affects the entire world.” Good. Now breathe in even more profound, setting these great affirmations deep within your subconscious mind.
Gently bring yourself back to the present moment in your own time. You are now walking and moving with great abundance.
